About Our Services
Financial Futures Education Centre provides financial literacy education programmes for children and teenagers. Our services include group workshops, private sessions, and educational materials.
Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our programmes requires submission of an enrollment form and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is complete only when we confirm acceptance and payment is received.
Payment Terms
- Programme fees must be paid in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card
- Payment plans may be available for certain programmes upon request
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by You: If you cancel more than 14 days before the programme start date, you will receive a full refund minus a £25 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a programme if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.
- Withdrawal During Programme: If you withdraw after the programme has started, no refund will be provided for remaining sessions.
Programme Attendance
- Regular attendance is expected and contributes to learning outcomes
- We provide session materials for occasional absences but cannot guarantee make-up sessions for group programmes
- Persistent absence may result in removal from the programme without refund
Code of Conduct
All students and parents are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
- Arrive on time for sessions
- Participate actively and constructively
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Respect confidentiality of other participants
We reserve the right to remove any student whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our programmes, including text, graphics, logos, materials, and curriculum, is the property of Financial Futures Education Centre and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission

Changes to Programmes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify programme content, schedules, or instructors
- Change session locations with reasonable notice
